Support Worker - Waking Nights 

Location - Burghfield

Hourly rate - £8.91 per hour

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Come and be part of our team supporting six amazing people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Two of the people that live here are wheelchair users and due to some health needs require support all the time. We really pride ourselves on providing inspiring person centered support and everything that we do revolves around promoting independence.  The location is easily accessible by public transport and has parking available for those Support Workers who have their own car. We are looking for waking night Support Workers to provide to support with night routines, medication support and emotional reassurance.
