We are recruiting for amazing Waking night Support Workers in Southampton.

Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications. 

This role will involve supporting 5 people in their home in Southampton. (3 gentleman and 2 ladies aged between late 40s - 70s).  
Your key responsbilities include:

  • Checking at regular intervals throughout the night to ensure they are comfortable.
  • Provide personal care as and when required.
  • Provide physical support and emotional reassurance when people are wakeful.
  • Support and record the administering of medication
  • Conduct housework, including cleaning, and laundry and any aditonal duites as required.
  • Keep written records using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs and health and safety records.
