The Dimensions team supports individuals with learning disabilities to live in their own home and be an active part of their community in Cambridgeshire. You don’t need experience as full training is given. We offer a great team environment and competitive pay rates. You will be friendly and approachable and support individuals to have a great life with excellent outcomes.
You will be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota, supporting 6 individuals with learning and physical disabilities and complex needs in their own home in Harston. The people we support really enjoy getting out and about in the community, listening to music, cooking, arts and crafts and spending time with friends and family. They will also need support at home, with their finances, cooking and cleaning and attending health appointments as well as with all the fun things we get up to. Please note you will be expected to carry out personal care.
Dimensions are one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs and we are driven by our values. People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything we do.
In response to the unprecedented events we are currently experiencing due to the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, at this time we will be conducting our interviews via video calls.
