Support Worker - St Albans
Hourly rate - £9.60 per hour
14 Hours per week
About the role
Dimensions is looking for caring Support Workers at St Albans to support a woman in her 50's to live independently in her own flat. She enjoys visiting the local town centre, home cooked food, art and colouring (used to attend an art group prior to covid) and shopping. We are seeking Support Workers who can encourage a healthy lifestyle and fitness programme and you would be required to prompt with this woman's personal care.
We have happy and relaxed atmosphere with fun and games. You will be given ongoing support and leadership from the management team including mental health.
We can accept applicants looking for one 14 hour shift per week or two 8 hour shifts per week, this could potentially be offered on a fixed shift basis (to be discussed at interview).
Successful candidates will work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
