Dimensions are one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisations supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs and we are driven by our values.  People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything we do.

This role involves you working in a large team, where we support seven people with various disabilities and high health needs. We support four gentleman and three ladies to live the life they choose. They enjoy going out and about for walks. love listening to music, watching TV, teddies and chocolate - Who doesn't! 

There is a mixture of communication levels within the house and a lot of manual handling is involved - wheelchair users and hoisting. They also need full support with household tasks and personal care.

Shift Patterns - Shift can vary on a weekly bases to work around the people we support.

Example - 7am - 3pm / 2:30pm - 10pm / long days - 7am - 7pm / Sleep Ins, alternate weekends and bank holidays. (These will be discussed at interview)
