Are you looking for a new support role which offers you flexibility, training, career development and the chance to make a life changing impact?
Dimensions are currently looking for relief support staff to join our inspiring care team in Weymouth. You will need to be caring, ambitious, thoughtful and most importantly, kind.  The relief contract offers ultimate flexibility and is a great footstep into the healthcare sector.  Whether you have supported people with learning disabilities before or you are looking for a change of career, we would love to hear from you.

The role will involve you support a gentleman in his 20s who enjoys spending his time accessing the local community and he particularly enjoys activities such as swimming, bike riding and local discos. He also enjoys cooking, various arts and crafts and Karaoke within his home.  The person we support can have periods of high anxiety which occasionally lead to him displaying some behaviours of concern. His family and friends play a big part in his life so will also require support with maintaining those relationships.

Shift will vary - Tend to be long days - 7:30am - 8pm / weekends and bank holidays

The Relief pay rate for Dorset is £9.23 per hour. As a Relief worker, your annual leave is accrued as you work and is included in your hourly rate. (£10.34)
