We are looking for Support Workers in Fareham to join the team on relief contracts. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment. Dimensions are supporting one gentleman on a 2:1 ratio, he can exhibit challenging behaviours though has improved greatly in recent months. Successful candidates must be confident, proactive and keen to work in a hands on support role. The shift times can vary as we work on a rotational basis, though a standard shift would be either 7:00am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 10:00pm.
