We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Norton Subcourse, Norwich. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

Due to the location of the home driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role!

Relief work offers ultimate flexibility - with no obligation to accept shifts you can fit your work around your personal commitments. We have relief contracts available on a pay rate of £9.50 per hour -as a Relief worker, your annual leave is accrued for each hour that you work and paid to you on a monthly basis bring each hour you work to £10.24.

We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting 2 lovely gentlemen in their home
  • Personal care      
  • Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry                                    
  • Supporting with medication
  • Family is important to our clients so have regular visits with friends and family
