We are seeking Support Workers to join our amazing team, supporting four gentlemen and one female in their 20s to 40s, who have a passion for swimming, cycling, walking, going to the cinema, lazer tag, cooking, gaming and going to disco's.

You will be supporting with daily living skills including managing finances, administering medication, meal preparation, providing personal care, helping with day-to-day tasks, enabling the people we support to live independently in their own homes, assistance with accessing community-based activities and teaching independent life skills. 

At this service some of the residents require additional support with regards to their behaviour, so we will provide Personal Behaviour Management Training for all Support workers this will enable you to support them in the best possible way. 

We are looking for People to work the Waking Night Shifts.
