Dimensions is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Waking Night Support Workers in Reading and Wokingham area.

 

This role will involve supporting up to 8 individuals in their homes throughout the night, checking at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable. You'll provide physical support and emotional support when people are wakeful, whlst monitor and respond to any assistive technolgy alarms.
You will support with personal care and conduct houseowork, including cleaning and laundry and any additonal duites as required. You will have to keep written records using IT systems, including updating of support plans, incident logs and health and safety records.
