Join Dimensions as a Waking Night Support Worker enabling the people with Learning Disabilities, who live at our home in Muswell Hill to enjoy an independent life.

You will be supporting 10 people living within 7 flats in one building. You will meet clients of different ages from late 20-ties to early 90-ties who are fun loving and enjoy other people's company. Our clients can display varying levels of behaviour of distress. We will offer full and thorough training on behavioural support and all other aspects of the role.

During the night you would be expected to support our clients with their needs which can include making a cup of tea or visits to the toilet. Some of our clients require supervision every 30mins and other would need to be checked every hour. There will also be some paperwork that needs updating during your shift.

Advanced level of personal care and moving and handling are to be expected along with supervision during meal times. Shift will last 10hours and starts at 21:45.
