Support Worker - Poole 
Waking Nights (10pm - 7:30am) 

Hourly rate - £8.93 per hour 
Hours - 20 - 37.5

Dimensions is looking for caring Support Workers in Poole to support a gentleman in his 50's throughout the night, ensuring the people you support are provided with the appropriate support in line the risk assessment and support plan whist also carrying out a number of key allocated tasks. He lives on his own in a bungalow and has a mischievous and cheeky sense of humour. During the day, he likes a venture out on short walks, loves listening to music and the radio.

You will check at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable and provide personal care when required. (No manual habdling involved)
You will conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry and you will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident logs and health and safety records.

Shift pattern - The nights will vary weekly and manager plan their rotas 4-6 weeks in advance. Shifts can be from 10pm - 7:30am.
