We are recruiting for amazing Waking Night Support Workers in Totton.
Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

The role will involve supporting 5 people in a bungalow in Totton. Their disabilities are varied - learning disabilities, hard of hearing, dementia, epilepsy and mobility support is required.  During the day, they enjoy going dancing, to the cinema and eating out. A couple of the people we support are also big football fans, love listening to music and intensive interaction.  

The role will involve:

  • You will check at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable
  • Provide personal care when required.
  • Conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry
  • You will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident log and health and safety records.

Shift pattern: Fom 8:30pm - 7:30am
