This is a complex service and is better suited to experienced Support Workers

Are you an empathetic person who is wanting to support others to increase their independent living skills?

We have a fantastic opportunity available to join our friendly team in the S35 area of Sheffield where we're currently supporting a fabulous young lady with her day to day life. She has a learning disability, autism, requires support with her mental health and can display behaviours of distress. She is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join her Waking Nights team, working 24 hours per week. Her shifts start at 8pm and finish at 8am the following day.

As a Waking Nights Support Worker your main role is to support this young lady by encouraging health sleep routines and to provide any assistance that may be required during the night. You may also be providing support with personal care prompting, meal preparation, medication administration, grocery shopping and household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry.

This young lady loves to be active and enjoys walking, swimming and cycling. When she’s feeling creative, she loves creating art pieces.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and an organisation that really cares about your professional development.

For further information about the role, please contact Sheridan on 07507 128 459.
