Support Worker Waking nights
Location: Newbury
No Experience Necessary - Full Training Provided
Full time and a part time hours available
£9.50 phr
We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers in Newbury.
You will support up to 6 people throughout the night and regularly check that they are comfortable, ensuring that you support physical support and emotional reassurance when needed. You may support someone to watch a film, or have a cup or tea during the night.
There is some personal care involved, potentially assist with medication and monitor epilepsy. You will have to keep some written records using IT systems to support you - it will include updating support plans, incidents logs and health and safety records.
Shift pattern - From 10pm - 8am - and will include one on the weekend. This will be discussed at interview.
