Night Support Worker - Bracknell
Full-time, part-time or relief
10pm – 7am

Dimensions is looking for Waking Night Support Workers to support a gentleman who lives alone and needs 2:1 support. He likes staff who share his playful nature and can let him live the life he wants to live.

The role will involve:

  • Checking the people we support at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable
  • Provide personal care when required
  • Supporting with medication
  • Conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry
  • You will keep written records, using IT systems to record daily notes, and be confident using our system’s to record incidents 
  • Ensure the premises is secure and safe during the night
