Support Worker - We recruit based on values not experience

Start your day knowing you'll make a difference - join our team of Support Workers in Wayside and create a positive difference that improves the life for the people we support.

The Dimensions team supports five men and one woman in Warfield and they enjoy, cinema, pub lunches and dinner, trips to the seaside, walks, holidays, music, arts and crafts and other activities.

Support is required for cooking and cleaning, and full support for all personal care.

Four are wheelchair users and due to some health needs require support all the time.

There are also some behaviours that can be described as challenging, full training will be provided in this area.

You’ll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota. The location is easily accessible by public transport and parking is available.
