We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Bournemouth. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.          

This role involves you supporting in a bungalow where a lovely lady and gentleman live. You will be supporting the lady into the community by using public transport to support with her shopping, going around charity shops and guide and encourage her to take up new activities. She loves her teddies and all things sensory including beads and brightly coloured plastic shapes.
She has learning disability, autism and epilepsy, therefore will require support with household chores including the cleaning, meal prep and also with personal care. She has mobility difficulties and uses a walking frame at home and a wheelchair in the community.
The successful candidate will need to have lots of patience, a positive attitude and determination.

Shift Patterns will very throughout the week and rotas are planned up to 4-6 weeks in advance. 
Shift can be between 8am - 9pm (For example, 7am - 2:30pm / 2pm - 9pm)
