Hourly rate - £9.27 per hour
Hours - 20 - 37.5 hours per week

About the role

We are looking for dymanic Support Workers for 2 of our services in the Poole area. Both gentleman live in their own bungalows, "John" is in his 40s and "Peter" is in his 50s, both have Autism and learning disabilities, and have behaviours that present as challenging.

Both gentleman have very similar interests, they love music, long drives in their cars, and going for walks. "Peter" is a bit quieter and likes to have his own space. "John" is a bit more bubbly and you'll know when he's awake! He also likes going for a bike ride and having a bit of a kick about with the football. We are trying to encourage both to gain more independence through involvement in housework and gardening, but also meal prep.

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 7.30am - 2.30pm/2.30pm - 10pm/Long days 7am - 10pm/Waking Nights and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).

Full Driving Licence essential, however non-drivers will be considered for Waking Night vacancies.
