Support Worker/Care Assistant
Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire 
Full time & Nights

£9.35 per hour
Driving licence essential 

Come and join a team of Support Staff supporting three gentleman in their own home in Bar Hill. Dimensions supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in their own homes near Cambridge. The role will consist of supporting all three gentleman with;

  • Daily activities (encouraging the gentleman to take part and build up new activities)
  • Household tasks to keep their home clean and tidy
  • Full support of personal care including bathing and tioleting
  • Shopping, trips out to communities, social events/activities, building relationships with friends and family

We are also looking for people who can work independently to monitor and support the people we support as and when they need it during the night. Duties will include personal care, hourly checks on the people we support and the expectation to carry out domestic duties which are unable to be carried out during day hours. This part of the role will require you to remain awake and work between 9.30pm - 7.30am (shift times could vary) covering alternative weekends and bank holidays.
