About the role:
In Great Dunmow we support one gentleman in his own home to live an inclusive independent life. The house is staffed 24 hours a day with a variety of shift patterns to meet the needs of the people living there, including a sleep in.
We are looking for new team members to share a person's day; being inspired to offer and engage with fun and varied activities such as swimming, horse riding, going on days out, Jump Street and any other educational and leisure based activities people are interested in trying,
Part of your role will be to support people with their day to day lives, including support with personal care, emotional care, preparing and eating meals, financial support, attending appointments and having fun! Support is provided in line with our core values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership and Respect.
A knowledge of learning disabilities and autism an advantage, however a full training package will be offered to enable you to carry out your role.
