We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of Support Workers in Bournemouth. Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales.
We often find great talent from retail, cleaning and hospitality backgrounds, but no matter what your experience, we want to hear from you.

You will support two sociable gentlemen in their home in Bournemouth aged in their 40s and 50s. They get involved in many activities including swimming, going on walks, doing puzzles, arts and crafts and like sensory toys. They have great personalities, caring and like to interact with their support staff, so expect a hug or two.
They both have epilepsy which is controlled, have non-verbal communication and you will need to be able to push them in their wheelchairs within their homes and out in the community.
Shift patterns - 7am - 12pm (for swimming) / 7am - 3:30pm / 3pm - 10pm / 7am - 4:30pm / 4:30pm / 10pm / alternate weekends and include possible sleep ins.
