This role will involve support a gentleman who lives in his own home in Fareham (Wickham). He really enjoys long walks in the forest and is looking forward to going back to clubs including singing. You will provide physical support and emotional reassurance, whilst supporting with personal care as and when required. During the night, you will check in at regular intervals to ensure he is comfortable and get drinks and a bite to eat if needed. You also keep a written record using IT systems and update support plan, incident logs and health and safety records.
Shift patterns -
This role is on a two week rolling rota -
Week 1 - Tuesday and Wednesday night 6;30pm - 7am and Saturday 7am - 7pm.
Week2 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30pm - 7am.
