Full Manual Driving license is essential 

We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. You will be supporting young people with complex Health needs to access the community activities like ski-ing, hydrotherapy and meeting friends and families. You will also be supporting people at home with every day daily living skills which involves providing personal care as required.

Part of the role entails supporting people to manage their home environment and communicate regularly with other professionals. An upbeat motivated personality would best suit this role. We are looking for drivers but you do not need to use your own vehicle.
