About the role 

We support ''Richard''  with autism who lives in his own home in a supported living service. He likes to go to Reading town on the bus and train, visiting family and friends and going to the movies.  Richard is very independent and mobile, he loves a good chat and his food. 

This service located in Wokingham, walking distance to the train station. The service is very nice, homely and has a garden. There is also enough space for parking for those Support Workers who drive, although you dont need to be a driver to apply for this role. 

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 7am -3pm/2pm - 10pm/sleep-ins and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).

About you

Successful candidates will work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
