Permanent/ Full time or part time roles available 

Positions available 

  • Full time- 37.5 hours per week
  • Part time- 30 hours per week
  • Waking nights - 10 hours per week (Sundays only)

About our services:

One service in Ipswich is to support three gentleman in their 20’s. We are looking for Support workers who will enjoy sharing activities with the person we support such as walks, in house activities, sensory, 1-1 time, drives out, eating out, cinema's and many more.  The staff team support them with full personal care and meal preparation.We have a lively atmosphere with a team of three-four Support Workers. This is not a lone working service and you would be joining a region who give ongoing support and leadership from the management team including mental health. 

If one fabulous service wasn’t enough! We are also recruiting for another supported living service in Ipswich. We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting adults to increase their independent living skills whilst facilitating positive community participation. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and resilient person to join a support team working with three gentleman who love to be active and socialable. The team are looking for support workers who can take part and help with their activities such as badminton, going on walks, tennis and swimming. You will support in developing and understanding emotions, develop effective ways to communicate, help with shopping and household chores. 

Some of our services require candidates who hold a full UK/EU driving licence

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 7am -3pm/2pm - 10pm/ waking nights and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).
