Support Worker - Days and Waking night positions available
Comberton, Cambridgeshire 
Full time - 37.5 hours 
Full driving licence essential 

"Martin" lives in a two bedroom bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac, within the village of Comberton. He is searching for Support Workers to support him throughout the night. At his home 'Martin' has a cat called Barney and he also has chickens and an allotment, which he goes to every day. 

We are looking for staff to join our team to support a fantastic gentleman with learning difficulties. This role will involve;

  • Work independently to check and support the people we support as and when they need it during the night.
  • Full personal care including toileting, bathing, clothing and washing
  • Hourly checks on the people we support 
  • Carry out domestic duties including laundry, tidying up of accommodation and updating online records

This role will need you to stay awake and work between 9.30pm - 7.30am (shift times could vary) covering alternative weekends and bank holidays. 

All support staff are expected to complete the care certificate, attend mandatory training including a full induction which at times can be during daytime hours.
