About the role

We are looking for caring and inspiring people to join our team of Support Workers in Bridgend. Dimensions supports 4 gentlemen in their own home. This role involves supporting the individuals with daily household tasks, personal care and supporting/attending activities. They enjoy a variety of activities such as going swimming, going to the gym, going on holidays, walking, visiting farms, attending discos, art and crafts and many more. 

Shift patterns will vary around the people we support. The main shift patterns are 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 9/10pm, alternative weekends and at least one sleep in per week.
