Support Worker 

Location - Redditch

Hourly rate - £9.50 per hour 

Hours - Full time and part time flexible shifts.

We're looking for Support Workers who are passionate about supporting adults to increase their independent living skills whilst facilitating positive community participation.

In Redditch we are currently recruiting for two houses. One of them is a supported living block of flats, a short walk from town. We support a mix of ladies and gentlemen in a varied age range. In another house, we support 3 gentlemen with their cooking, medication, managing finances, cleaning tasks, keeping in touch with family and support to attend day services/college.

We also have group activities in the communal hub area, parties at special times of the year, meals out, cinema, day trips to the zoo, theme parks and supported holidays.

We have full time and part time hours avauilable and can be flexible with split shifts or shortened hours.
