Support Worker - Bicester

Hourly rate - £9.50 per hour

Full Time (37.5) hours and Part time (flexible)

About the role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to provide person-centred support in Bicester where we support 5 adults. We support them with shopping, pamper days, ice skating, cinema, music and sensory activities. The people we support here have high complex needs. We also support them with eating and drinking, Epilepsy, Peg care, hoisting and Personal care needs.

Shift patterns include working long days, early starts and late finishes. (detailed discussion during interview)

Requirements:

Ability to work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
