Support Worker
Stockton-on-Tees
Part-time, 16-32 hours per week
Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales. We support people with their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, medication administration and engaging and actively participating in their community. Your role as a Support Worker is to support people to reach their goals, achieve their dreams and live the life they want to live!
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to support a gentleman in Stockton-on-Tees. He has a real passion for living life to the full and is looking for positive and energetic Support Workers to join his team. He really enjoys going on holiday, especially to Las Vegas and Florida and he loves visiting UK theme parks. He’s a keen crafter, loves model making and is looking for Support Workers who will show a real interest in his hobbies.
You will be joining his team working flexibly on a rota which include a range of days shifts and sleep ins across weekdays, weekends and your share of the bank holidays.
