Support Worker

Support Workers needed in Kidlington £9.50 per hourfull time and part time positions available. We also provide full training and qualifications.

We support three gentlemen with their day to day life, improving their independence, helping them with full personal care, medication, PEG feeding and engaging with them in various activities.

We are looking for the following qualities and attributes in you:

  • Be outgoing, chatty, team player and good communication skills.
  • Enjoys watching football, cinema and theatre.
  • Enjoys going out to local shops, cafes and meeting people.
  • Ability to work flexibly to a rota including sleep-ins and weekends.
  • Ability to support people with complex needs.
