Support Worker

Sheffield
Full-time and Part-Time
Full UK driving licence essential

Are you someone who sees the potential in others? Do you want to help people to live the life they choose and achieve their goals?

We’re looking for some fantastic new Support Workers to join our friendly support team in the S12 area of Sheffield where we have full and part time positions available.

You will be supporting 4 people, aged between 40 and 80 who love shopping, spa days, cars, Kylie Minogue and going to the cinema. The people you will be supporting have physical and learning disabilities and are seeking patient, kind and resilient Support Workers to assist them with their personal care and domestic tasks. They like to be out and about so it’s important to them that you are able to drive, as going for long drives is one of their favourite things to do!

Shifts: These can vary but are usually between 7am-9pm, 7am-4pm, 1pm-9pm and waking nights 9pm-7am.
We’re looking for people who are able to be as flexible as possible to work a range of these shifts during the week and over weekends, with your share of bank holidays. At Dimensions, we value a work / life balance so you will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance.

We recruit based on values so whilst previous experience is always welcome, it’s certainly not essential as full training will be provided.

If you have any queries about the role, please call Martin on 07940 267 506.
