About the role:

We are looking for our enthusiastic Support Workers to provide person-centred support in Bicester where we support 5 adults. You will often help people wash and dress, eat healthy, and enjoy their daily activities as much as possible making this a varied and fun role. As we are a values based organisation, we don't require any experience or qualifications. If your background is in retail or hospitality, or you are a student looking for flexible hours or a parent returning to work after a break, you are more than welcome to apply. We will take care of your training and bring you up to speed.

Why Dimensions?

We take your health and wellbeing seriously. We have small close knit teams that allows you to work in one location and build strong working relationships with the people we support as well as our staff team. As a colleague, your have access to an app called 'My Healthy Advantage'. The app features a weekly mood tracker, a range of 4 week health plans, mini health checks and even a live chat service for those who prefer to communicate by typing rather than talking to someone. Alongside our outstanding benefits, we offer an excellent training programme lasting 12 weeks to help you gain the best footing in the industry. You will be paid as normal during training. We also help you learn to drive by covering 50% of the cost to learn driving. We understand that you have a life outside of work so we offer flexible shift patterns and hours to suit your lifestyle.
