We are recruiting an amazing Support Worker in North Hykenham on a part time basis (20 hours a week) to support 4 ladies.
We are looking to recruit a part time female staff member to support 4 ladies for 20 hours per week in North Hykeham. You will be joining an established team and will work as part of a rota which includes working mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins. This does include working weekends and bank holidays. You will work a set four week rolling rota which is planned around the needs of the people we support.
The people we support are all females aged between 51 and 81 with varying needs and abilities. There is an aspect of moving and handling such as using a hoist and pushing wheelchairs, the suitable candidate will be trained in using this.
The ladies are looking for a motivated individual to support them with all aspects of everyday life such as Personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments and having an active social life which includes maintaining contact with friends and family. The ladies enjoy crafting, baking, going to café’s, garden centres and theatre shows.
The candidate must be a driver.
