Do you love that feeling of warmth when you've helped someone out or done something good for another - with Dimensions you could be getting that feeling every time you go to work.
Start your day knowing you'll make a difference - join our team of Support Workers in Sheffield and create a positive difference in the lives of others!
We’re looking for fabulous people to join our existing team, supporting 7 individuals who live across two supported living houses, next door to each other, in Sheffield. The people you will be supporting are over the age of 50 and have autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and at times they can experience some behaviours of distress.
Your role will be to provide support with full personal care, medication administration, finances and household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry. Another key part of your role is to support people to engage in the activities they enjoy. In Sheffield, the people we support love baking, crafting, doing puzzles, going for walks, swimming and going on day trips. We provide person centred support where every individual is supported to pursue the activities and hobbies that are important to them.
If you have any further questions or would like to discuss the role in more detail, please call Ryan on 07917 053 146.
