Support Worker - Permanent, 37.5 hours
Harston, Cambridgeshire
Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
Could you be part of a team that helps put a smile on “Jen’s” face?
"Jen" lives with three other people, all of whom receive support from Dimensions. This role can be demanding so it takes a special set of skills to be able to perform successfully. But the good news is we will train and support you to bring out your natural qualities and abilities so that you know just how to put that smile on "Jen’s" face. Because when "Jen" smiles, everyone else does too.
The role is incredibly varied, and involves all aspects of supporting people – from doing the things they love to do, to staying in touch with friends and family, to taking care of the essentials of daily life, which might include some personal care and administration of medicines. We support people around the clock, so evenings and weekend working will be required, but we can be flexible with the number of hours and days worked.
So, come and be part of our team and see how long it takes you to get "Jen" beaming!
