Part time/ 30 hours per week
Shift patterns; Shift patterns are divided into two; 10am - 9pm four days a week for the big days out. The other three days are 10am - 2pm or 6pm - 10pm, alternative weekends and bank holidays are included in the working pattern. This role will not involve sleep ins or waking nights.
Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. The successful applicant will be supporting a gentleman in his 30s who lives in his own home.
You will make a real difference to this gentleman's life. You will be assisting him with personal care (washing his hair) and meal preparation including introducing new foods into his diet. Your support would need to be creative to motivate him to maintain his own place.
He loves watching You Tube videos. He has an interest in trains and model railways clubs. He often enjoys going to York to the railway museum, going to theme parks, the zoo, coffee shops and often gets tickets to all his favoutive tv shows!
Full UK driving licence essential
