We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.
This role involves supporting two females under the age of 60 to continue to develop their independent living skills. They’re active and sociable with the right support and are looking for Support Workers with a similar lifestyle to keep up with their interests. We are looking for someone who can come up with new ideas and activities and are motivated with a creative way of thinking. This is in addition to supporting the ladies to engage in the activities they enjoy and encourage them to further develop their interests. They enjoy swimming, bike riding and day trips out.
In this role you will be providing support with personal care, medication administration, finances and household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
