Support Worker - London
Salary: £9.60 per hour + £45 per night for sleep-ins
Hours - Full time (37.5), Part time (up to 30 hours per week)

Ruskin Parade is situated in Edgeware North London and is a small purpose built house for three young gentleman with mild learning disabilities who are fairly independent and are looking to develop their life’s aims and ambitions with the right support.
At this home, we aim to promote independence , choice and control whilst allowing the three young men to grow and develop in a safe environment.
We recruit on the basis of values, not experience - so if you have a background in retail or hospitality, teaching or working in a factory and looking for a rewarding career, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you would be a keyworker to one of the young men, liaise with family and health professions as well as logging in daily notes and support documents on the system.
The working hours will be on a set four week rota with shifts including sleep-ins and weekends. The house is a great place to work and we would welcome anyone who would like to join a great team.
