Location: Winnersh (RG41)
Pay rate: £11.55 per hour + £45 per sleep in - [The current pay rate of £10.90 per hour will be increasing to £11.55 per hour from 1st April.]
Part time role: 15 hrs a week

Come and join our close-knit team supporting two gentleman in their 70’s with learning disabilities and one displays autistic traits. They would like support with their domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and laundry. There will be some personal care involved. One of the gentleman we support loves to go out and he is always up for trying new things. However, a favourite activity is rummaging about at car boot sales. The other gentleman loves films and when he is not at the cinema, he loves flicking through Netflix at home. Both enjoy dining out and trips to the theatre.

A full UK or EU driving licenseis preferable but not essential for this role; we have a Mobility Vehicle at the home and in order to drive this for the people we support, you would need to have a full UK or EU license.

What shifts are available? 
- 07:00 – 14.30 / 14:30 – 22:00 / Sleep-in / We currently offer the option of working a long day, but this is not guaranteed
- We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of shift patterns and both weekdays and weekends
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
