We are looking for ambitious individuals of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends, shift patterns will be discussed at interview. It would also be a great bonus if you have had any previous experience working with behaviours of distress.

It is essential you hold a full UK driving license for this role - this is because the people we support have a manual Mobility Vehicle that their support workers need to drive for them – to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license.
