Job summary

“Ben” is recruiting great Support Workers; people with the right values and behaviours to support him in his home in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. If you are looking to inject fun into your career, then come and join his team!

Dimensions are supporting this gentleman to live independently. He has a variety of hobbies and interests that are important to him such as running (often 5k or half marathons), his charity and voluntary work in a local café and going to the horse stables on Saturday mornings with his friend.

If this doesn't give you enough variety in your role, then “Ben” is also highly creative, he loves woodwork and making items to sell at craft fairs. He often makes his own bird boxes and candles; he would want his support team to get involved and learn along the way with him.

Full training on how to provide exceptional person-centred support will be provided, so if you have ever considered becoming a Support Worker but you were not sure where to start, this would be a fantastic opportunity!
