About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Support someone with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Implement individualised support plans and promote independence and choice.
  • Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals involved in their support.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we support at all times.
