FULL TIME or PART TIME Support Worker opportunities in Trowbridge, BA14 0JB
You will be supporting three young men, with moderate learning disabilities to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.
Every day will be busy and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to maintain their independence, develop new skills and embrace new opportunities. The people you will be supporting live busy lives and all of them want to be out and about and making the most of each day.
You will be working with dynamic colleagues, and for a passionate and engaged manager who has a strong commitment both to her staff team and the people you will be supporting.
