With brand-new supported living flats opening, we’re offering both full-time and part-time positions where no two days are ever the same.
What We’re Offering:
- Pay: £13.20 per hour
- Flexible Contracts: 7.5 - 37.5 hours per week, you choose!
- Location: Bricket Wood, 10 mins from M25 J22, with free parking!
- A full UK driving licence and your own car (both manual and automatic).
Your Role: You’ll be part of an exciting new team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. The people we support love to live life to the fullest, and we’re looking for someone who can match their energy and enthusiasm. You’ll be working in a building with six modern flats, a sensory room, and even an ensuite room for staff sleep-ins!
You’ll be primarily supporting one individual, but you’ll also get to work with five others in this home when needed. Whether it’s assisting with daily activities, helping people work towards personal goals, or managing behaviours of distress with a calm and patient approach, you’ll be making a real impact every day.
What You’ll Need:
- A full UK driving licence and your own car (both manual and automatic).
- A willingness to get involved in fun, adventurous activities and be active with those you support.
- Previous experience with autism, learning disabilities, or behaviours of distress is great—but we value all kinds of life experience!
- Basic computer skills to handle e-learning, documents, and forms.
Shift Patterns: You’ll need to be flexible, as shifts run from 7am-10pm, with options for shorter shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm). This role includes working alternate weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays—but don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to recharge, and we’re great at working around your availability!
