Waking Night Support Worker

The Dimensions team support 4 people in their own home setting, the role is for a Waking Night Support Worker who will work a rotational pattern over a 4 week period including every other weekend from 10pm – 7am.

You will be supporting people to maintain healthy sleep patterns. Supporting where necessary with personal care and medication. You will be responsible for monitoring and using assistive technology and responding to support needs during the night.

The role as a Waking Night Support Worker is to focus on the needs of the individuals, supporting individuals with their needs safely.

You will need to feel confident lone working able to use your own initiative, ability to work flexibly around the needs of the people we support and have a calm approach.

We will provide you with all mandatory, comprehensive & specialist training you will need in order to carry out the role.
