Who will I be supporting? 

  • We currently support three gentlemen and one lady with learning disabilities and autism, to live their lives as independently as possible
  • They have their own bungalows on the same site, so you may be matched to support one or more people
  • The people we support at Kenton enjoy a range of activities from football, bike riding and dog training, to computers games, YouTube and catching up with friends and family

What will I be doing? 

  • You will be supporting these individuals to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
  • You will be supporting them with their personal care (varying degrees of independence), medication, meal preparation, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry    

What shifts are available? 

  • We’re looking for someone to join their waking nights team on a full-time basis
  • Waking night shifts start at 10pm and finish at 8am the following day
  • We’re looking for people with flexibility to work waking nights on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
  • Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance
