Full Time – 45 hours per week
£12.85 per hour (£30,069 per year based on a 45-hour contract) + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence

About the role
We're looking for a dedicated and attentive Male Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham (B17), supporting a gentleman in his 30s with a learning disability, autism and epilepsy.
Working as part of a dedicated 2:1 support team, you'll help him live a rich and meaningful life while providing consistent support that is tailored to his needs. Positive Behaviour Support training will be provided, alongside ongoing guidance from an experienced team.

Support includes personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and helping him follow routines that promote wellbeing and independence. Family members are very involved and play an important role in his life, working closely with the support team.
Shifts are typically worked as long days with sleep-ins and involve continuous 2:1 support.
