All colleagues and their families have access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by Health Assured, as part of our Dimensions benefits and wellbeing package.
EAP offers so much more than just counselling. You can contact EAP for free, confidential support for a variety of reasons including practical everyday advice on how to manage concerns such as financial, health or legal issues.

We have a network of trained and accredited?Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) across Dimensions, to provide you with support in the event that you experience issues relating to mental health.
Our scheme follows the guidelines set by Mental Health First Aid England and each of our MHFAs in Dimensions has been through rigorous, accredited training.

We have launched a network of trained Menopause Champions across Dimensions.
Menopause Champions are trained to help in the following ways:
Champions will not diagnose symptoms, recommend treatment or provide counselling; however, it may be beneficial to share their own experiences. This is a voluntary role that sits alongside an individual’s usual job role.
Mindful Employer is a national initiative supporting a positive approach towards mental health at work. By signing the Mindful Employer charter Dimensions declares our ambition to support the mental wellbeing of our colleagues.
Colleagues with a disability may be eligible for up to three days paid leave per year to attend rehabilitation, assessment, treatment or servicing of necessary equipment or disability aids.
If you are waiting a long time for an appointment and it is preventing you from returning to work, Dimensions may pay for a consultant appointment, diagnostic tests or treatment such as physiotherapy or counselling, to enable you to return to work sooner. Dimensions also?offers free flu vaccinations to colleagues every winter.
